IHH's existing (antiquated) industry brand, messaging and website were outdated, poorly developed and underutilized. Their identity was in desperate need of a fresh, new look to compete with industry rivals. They needed a new face, an updated, on-line user experience and a complete marketing overall.
IHH recruited myself and DiPersioDesign to coordinate and develop a thorough rebrand of their agency, including a new, UX website design, a fresh, friendly identity, a unique messaging forecast, a comprehensive logo bundle and a full roll-out of all accompanying marketing materials.
From the start, we established a series of marketing phases to be addressed in order of relevance and priority. Industry research lead us to quickly identify a direction and hone in on a set of branding options. With that, we narrowed the field with a collection of sharp, visually approachable logo elements that portrayed our new vision—caring, family first and contemporary-purity.
After the rollout of the new IHH brand, we quickly began the execution and deliverance of a new, patient/client (mobile-responsive) website and all associated marketing materials— an integrated stationery package, printed sales and marketing brochures, conference and event materials (tchotchkes) and newly-branded patient/client forms.
As a rapidly growing agency in a highly competitive marketplace, Integrity Home Health, Inc., was now on the fast track to success—with patient retention, increasing referrals, unmatched patient care and compassion, and consistent, measurable expansion.
As is almost always the case, IHH's ongoing success depends entirely on the evolution, scrutiny, dedication and persistence of the creative minds and marketers at DiPersioDesign. Our continuing efforts will be working hard behind—and in front of—the curtain for as long as Integrity Home Health, Inc., wants to stay at the head of the pack.
