DEFINING YOUR BRAND
In essence, your identity is your brand. It defines who you are, what you stand for, what you say about yourself and how your company acts. This, in turn, defines the overall experience you want your customers and clients to have when they interact with you.
MARKETING & SALES MATERIALS
Your Marketing & Communications department should have the competencies in place to create dynamic marketing materials that describe and/or promote your products and services. They should stay current and consistent as those products and services evolve.
B2B & B2C COMMUNICATIONS
Your employees need to understand and retain your company's values, its goals and its priorities. Your Marketing & Communications department is solely responsible for delivering a concise, consistent message internally, as well as to your clients and customers.
